Enter off of Baker Street between the sewing shop and Pixie Candy. Go up the stairs and turn left. My door will be straight ahead #205. The waiting room is right next to it room #204. There should be two sets of keys on landyards hanging in the waiting room for the bathrooms. Red is for the ladies and black is for the mens. The mens washroom is at the top of the entrance stairs and the ladies is right around the corner from that.
